Our story
2019: a solution instead of a compromise
The open-plan office saved companies billions in rent, but cost their people the ability to concentrate. A call at the next desk, a meeting in the aisle, endless background noise.
In 2019, Sviatoslav and Yevhen Serbin took their own approach to the problem: rather than reselling someone else's booths, they built their own. The first three models appeared that same summer. Within a year Silentbox stood alongside the leading players on the Ukrainian market, and later moved into export across 30+ countries.

Silentbox was founded in 2019 by brothers Sviatoslav and Yevhen Serbin.

Full cycle
Our own production
We don't resell other makers' booths; we build them ourselves. The full cycle runs at our own facility in Ukraine, from the aluminium frame to the acoustic panels, with quality control at every stage. A warehouse hub in Poland keeps finished booths closer to clients and speeds up delivery across the EU.

Patented design
The booth structure is protected by Ukrainian patents and an EU registered design. The unique door-seal geometry and the five-layer wall are our own engineering.

Certification
Sound insulation is measured to international standards and confirmed by certificates. Safety, fire rating and material composition are all fully documented.
Brothers Sviatoslav and Yevhen Serbin launched their own production facility in Ukraine. That summer they designed and put into production the first three models: Solo, Duet and Quartet.
2020
Matching the market leaders
Within a year Silentbox stood alongside the leading players on Ukraine’s acoustic booth market, going head-to-head with European rivals. The range grew with new models.
2021
Ukrainian Startup Fund grant
Won the 32nd Pitch Day of the Ukrainian Startup Fund and a $50,000 grant to develop production.
2022
Entering the EU
After the full-scale invasion the company refocused on export, launching a site in Poland as a logistics hub for Europe.
2023
Forbes Ukraine Next250
Silentbox entered the Forbes Ukraine Next250 ranking, the list of the country’s most promising companies. The same year the booths were shown at Web Summit in Lisbon.
2025
NATO contract
Signed a contract with the UK Ministry of Defence to supply Solo Lite booths for military personnel at a NATO base in Poland.
2026
Exporting to 30+ countries
Silentbox booths are in use across more than 30 countries, from EU offices to the sites of international companies. Manufacturing stays in Ukraine, while a warehouse hub in Poland handles delivery across Europe.
