Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026

This Policy explains what personal data Silentbox® collects when you use our website, for what purpose, and how we protect it. We act in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Ukrainian law.

01What data we collect

Contact data you voluntarily provide through the enquiry form: your name, email, phone number and message about your office and requirements.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the referral source — collected automatically through analytics tools.

02How we use the data

To respond to your enquiry, help you configure booths, calculate pricing and send you a quotation.

For further communication about our products, promotions and offers, unless you have opted out of such communication.

To improve the website, analyse traffic and personalise content.

03Consent to processing and communication

By leaving your contact details on the website (via the enquiry form, a request for a quote or any other means), you consent to their processing and to us contacting you about your enquiry and our products — by phone, email or messenger apps.

You also agree that your contact details may be passed to our authorised partners and official Silentbox® dealers in order to handle your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or arrange delivery and installation in your region. All partners and dealers are obliged to process your data confidentially and solely for the purpose of providing services to you.

You may withdraw this consent at any time — see the "Your rights" section.

04Legal basis for processing

Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (submitting the form or leaving your contact details), as well as the company’s legitimate interest in conducting its business and communicating with potential clients.

05Storage and protection

Your contact details are stored for 5 years from the last interaction — to handle your enquiry, fulfil contractual obligations, provide warranty support and for further communication. After this period the data is deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires otherwise.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

06Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, to restrict processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

You may request the deletion of your contact details at any time — simply write to us at [email protected]. We will delete your data from our systems and notify the partners it was shared with (unless the law requires us to retain it for longer).
