14 days — while the booth is in its factory packaging

You can return the booth within 14 days of receiving it, provided the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

We don’t take back booths that have been unpacked and assembled

Once installed, the booth is no longer new, and we can’t pass it on to another customer. To make sure you choose exactly the right booth, your manager will help with the size, colour and equipment before you order.

How to return a booth

   Email support@silent-box.com and include your order number.

2. 2

   We agree on a date and the address to collect the booth from. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

3. 3

   We refund you within 14 days of the booth reaching us, using the same payment method.

After installation — warranty cover

We fix defects or replace the part at our expense. Premium booths: structure — 10 years, electronics — 5 years, moving parts — 3 years. Lite and WorkPod — 3 years.
