Order journey

How delivery works

From the first consultation to an installed booth — a transparent seven-step process.

01

Consultation

We agree the model, quantity, configuration and timeline, and discuss your site requirements.

02

Order confirmation

We issue a deposit invoice and you receive an information pack with order details and production lead times.

03

Payment and production start

Once payment is received, your order goes into production. We confirm the start date and the estimated completion date.

04

Production

Your booth is built at our own facility. The standard lead time is 3–6 weeks depending on the model.

05

Final quality control

The booth arrives at our sorting hub in Wrocław, passes quality control and is prepared for dispatch.

06

Packing and insurance

Wooden pallets, protective film and individual protection for every panel. Full transit insurance for the entire route.

07

Delivery and installation

The carrier agrees a convenient time slot in advance. On arrival we install the booth and train your team.

Site preparation

Pre-installation checklist

Prepare your site in advance for a fast, hassle-free installation.

Check the carry-in route

Make sure the largest booth section fits through doorways, corridors and the lift.

  • Quartet — 220 × 125 × 20 cm
  • Duet — 220 × 100 × 20 cm
  • Solo — 220 × 100 × 5 cm

Prepare an unloading area

Arrange a dry spot for the pallet and provide access as close to the entrance as possible. We recommend agreeing the delivery slot with the carrier in advance.

Provide a 220 V socket

The socket must be within 1.5 m of the installation spot.

Do not plug equipment rated above 1 kW into the booth’s internal sockets.

Choose the installation spot

Install the booth in a dry room at +10…+24 °C and 45–55% relative humidity.

Keep at least 30 cm away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight.

Inspect the booth on arrival

Before signing the delivery documents, check that all components are present and undamaged.

If you spot any damage, photograph it and notify Silentbox immediately. Sign the paperwork only once every issue has been recorded.

Our team handles tricky lifts too

When it's needed — no cargo lift, or the doorway is too narrow — we use a mast-climbing hoist and lift the booth sections straight up the facade to the floor you need.
