The website belongs to Silentbox® — a manufacturer of acoustic office booths with its own production in Ukraine and a warehouse hub in Poland for EU deliveries. The website content is for information purposes and does not constitute a public offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
02Orders and prices
The prices shown on the website are indicative and may vary depending on the configuration, options, colour, order volume and delivery terms. The final price is fixed in the quotation after consultation.
Manufacturing lead time is 3–6 weeks; delivery is 10–25 days after manufacturing is complete. Exact timings are stated in the contract.
03Delivery and installation
We deliver to 30+ European countries, as well as the Caucasus, the Middle East and Latin America. Installation is carried out by our team — with no construction work, no drilling of walls and no permits required.
04Warranty
Warranty on the structure and frame — 10 years. On electronics (LED, ventilation, sensors) — 5 years. On moving parts (doors, hinges) — 3 years. The terms of warranty service are detailed in the contract.
05Intellectual property
All website materials — text, images, video, logos, design — are the property of Silentbox® and are protected by patents (UA 147003 / 150386) and the registered EU design EUIPO RCD 015018000. Any use without written permission is prohibited.
06Liability
Silentbox® is not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of the website. We make every effort to keep the information up to date but do not guarantee the absence of technical errors.
