Quartet technology

SMART ventilation

An occupancy sensor starts the airflow automatically — the air is refreshed for four participants, so even long meetings never feel stuffy.

Certified 35 dB silence

A team conversation is inaudible one metre from the booth — insulation certified to the ISO 11957 standard.

Triplex glazing

Three-layer laminated glass with panes of varying thickness — no resonance across frequencies, daylight with no loss of sound insulation.

Smart LED lighting

LED 3500–4500 K with a motion sensor — even light for presentations and video calls, switching on as you enter.

Power panel

A 220 V outlet plus USB / Type-C (2.1A) right on the table — the whole team’s laptops stay charged.

Relocatable structure

Not fixed to the floor or walls — it moves with you, no renovation needed, installed from 2 hours.

Colours and finishes

Every Silentbox booth can be tailored to your project. Beyond the standard build, we offer additional colours, composite cladding and custom branding to match your corporate interior.

Considered down to the details

A table and two benches for meetings

A table and two benches for meetings

Two upholstered 120×70 cm benches facing each other with a table in between seat two people each — up to four participants in genuine comfort. Plenty of room for laptops, notes and coffee: a proper meeting room, not a cramped booth.

Power and USB within reach

Power and USB within reach

A power panel with a 220 V outlet, USB and Type-C is built in right beside the table — the whole team charges its devices without extension cords. Next to it sits the touchscreen that controls ventilation and lighting.

Active ventilation and even light

Active ventilation and even light

Two ceiling units with ventilation grilles and LED fixtures: the supply-and-extract system rated at 550–600 m³/h keeps the air fresh for four, so even a long meeting never feels stuffy. LED at 3500–4500 K delivers even, glare-free light — easy on the eyes and flattering on camera.

A steel threshold that protects your floor

A steel threshold that protects your floor

The entrance is protected by a solid metal threshold engraved with the Silentbox mark: the office floor never wears through in the high-traffic entry zone, and the low-profile sill stays snag-free and looks immaculate for years.

Tight-sealing door

Tight-sealing door

The door seals evenly around its full perimeter — that airtight contour is what holds the 35 dB insulation for a confidential team conversation. The robust handle and hinges are engineered for thousands of open-close cycles with no play or sagging.

Frequently asked questions

The Quartet is designed for a team of up to four — two upholstered benches facing each other seat two people each. With roughly 2.9 m² of interior space, it stays comfortable even through long meetings: there is room for laptops, documents and a relaxed seating position rather than sitting shoulder to shoulder.

The Quartet delivers the same privacy as a dedicated meeting room, but without any capital construction: nothing to build, approve or renovate. The booth is installed in a matter of hours, and when the office moves, it moves too — whereas a built room stays behind in the walls. That means a lower total cost and complete layout flexibility.

Sound insulation is ~35 dB, officially certified to the ISO 11957 standard. In practice, that means a team conversation is inaudible just one metre from the booth — sufficient for confidential negotiations, case reviews and HR interviews even in a loud open space. The airtight door seal plays the key role: it is what stops your voice from leaking out.

No. SMART ventilation with an occupancy sensor switches on automatically the moment you step in and continuously refreshes the air for all four participants. It runs quietly thanks to acoustic silencers, so it neither disturbs the conversation nor bleeds into the microphone during calls; even an hour-long meeting passes without stuffiness or drowsiness.

Yes — that is one of its core use cases. Certified silence and quiet ventilation deliver clean audio with no background office noise, while neutral LED lighting with a motion sensor evenly illuminates faces for the camera. Outlets with USB and Type-C right on the table connect the whole team’s laptops, and a display for presentations can be integrated as an option.

No. The Quartet is a free-standing modular structure that is not fixed to the floor, walls or ceiling and requires no replanning permits. Turnkey installation takes a few hours and needs nothing more than access to a standard 220 V outlet, so the booth can be in service the same day — no construction dust, no office downtime.

The shell is a multi-layer acoustic structure on a steel frame with a patented design (patents UA 147003, UA 150386, EUIPO RCD 015018000), and the glazing is three-layer laminated glass that preserves daylight without compromising sound insulation. Reliability is backed by a tiered warranty: 10 years on the structure, 5 on electronics and 3 on moving parts.

The final price depends on configuration, finishes and branding, so we quote it individually for your requirements — leave a request and a manager will prepare a proposal. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks, after which the booth is delivered with 100% cargo insurance; logistics are quoted separately based on your address.
