A 10-year structural warranty on Premium booths (5 years on electronics, 3 on moving parts; Lite and WorkPod: 3 years), plus after-sales support once your booth is installed. If anything comes up in everyday use, we are here to help.

Silentbox acoustic booths are engineered for years of daily use. Thanks to a robust structure, quality materials and proven components, an office booth maintains its sound insulation and comfort for many years.
The warranty term depends on the component. Structure, electronics and moving parts have different service lives, so each tier has its own conditions.

support@silent-box.comIt depends on the series: Premium booths (Solo, Duet, Quartet) carry up to 10 years, while Solo Lite, Duet Lite, Quartet Lite and WorkPod carry a 3-year warranty. The Premium warranty is tiered by component: 10 years on the structure and frame, 5 years on the electronics and lighting, and 3 years on moving parts and ventilation. The tiers reflect the expected service life of each component.
The full 10-year term covers the load-bearing structure: the aluminium frame and wall panels — the elements that determine strength and sound insulation.
The electronics and LED lighting are covered for 5 years. That includes the occupancy sensors, control unit and lighting. Software updates are also covered throughout this period.
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, degradation of acoustic performance, electronic faults with no external cause, premature wear under normal use, and software updates.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage caused by the user, the consequences of incorrect installation, normal wear of consumables (filters), modifications by third parties, or damage caused by force majeure events.
