Lexidy is an international law firm helping entrepreneurs and private clients with visas, company registration and property across Europe. Its Barcelona office sits in a building designed in the Catalan modernist tradition — a listed space where construction work is tightly restricted.
The challenge
The lawyers needed private space for confidential client conversations and video calls. The classic answer — putting up partitions or building separate offices — was off the table: it would have compromised the integrity of a historic building and required permits that are realistically impossible to obtain.
The solution
The modular Silentbox booths went in without drilling a single wall, without dust and without touching the structure of the building. A booth is a standalone piece of furniture that plugs into a 220 V socket. Installation took a few hours and left no mark on the protected architecture.
These booths don't just look good in the office — they genuinely help us work, giving us quiet places for focused work and confidential consultations.
The result
The lawyers got proper private space inside a historic interior. Conversations stay confidential thanks to 35 dB of insulation, and the building itself was left untouched — if the office moves, the booths move with it as easily as they went in.
